Subscription & billing

Your Beamlabel subscription is managed inside the app — same place you signed up. We don't expose it on the web yet.

Update card or cancel

Open Beamlabel → click your email in the top-right → Manage billing. Opens the Stripe Customer Portal in your browser — full control over payment method, plan, and cancellation.

Refunds

If something went sideways with a charge, email support@beamlabel.com within 14 days of the charge and we'll sort it. We don't want anyone paying for software that isn't working for them.

Receipts & invoices

Stripe emails a receipt for every charge from billing@beamlabel.com. Need a backdated invoice? Email us with the month.

Lost access to the app?

Email us from the address you signed up with. We can cancel the subscription on your behalf if you can't get into the app for any reason.

Before you email

  • Beamlabel requires an Apple Silicon Mac (M-series chip).
  • Your printer must already be visible in macOS Printers & Scanners.
  • If sales aren't detecting, confirm the top-left chip shows Live while your stream is active.
  • For label formatting issues, include your printer model and label size.
